Check-in: You can enter your room by 3 p.m., an earlier check-in time cannot be guaranteed.
The hotel is open 24 hours. Reception hours are 7 a.m.–12 a.m.
Check out: 11 a.m., provisions can be made to accommodate your luggage.

Group bookings (3 rooms minimum) can be cancelled 6 weeks prior to the day of arrival. A
80 % charge will be applied to subsequent cancellations.
All other bookings may be cancelled free of charge till 6 p.m. on the day of arrival. Later cancellations are subject to the terms as stated above.
No-show and cancellation after 6 p.m. on the expected day of arrival will incur a
80 % charge.
